Bought to replace an older model Cuisinart. Easy to program. Use of replaceable filter makes foul tasting coffee. Removed filter and use filter or bottle water. Very loud brewing operation with lots of loud popping sounds.

Makes good coffee, takes up same space as my old 12 cup Cuisinart. nice design and easy to use and program. I like the fact that this machine has a mute button for the tone when coffee is brewed.

I purchased this one to replace my previous Cuisinart 14 cup programmable model which died after about 4 years. I don't really use the programming because I am retired and don't wake up at a set time any longer. I will say that the biggest difference I have noticed between the older model and the new one is the fact that you can't set the time on the new model for how long the carafe stays hot. This one only stays hot for 2 hours and I prefer 4 hours.

So far this is the best coffee maker i have owned. It makes a great cup of coffee and it stays hot. All the program features work well. We'll see how it long it lasts but so far its been an excellent machine.

Haven't had a regular coffe pot for a while but needed one for an event. This pot is great. Makes excellent coffee and has good capacity. I've been using it regularly. Great value, too.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of the basket. If not pushed down hard enough the coffee will not exit through the filter. This has happened to me a couple times and the coffee accumulates in the filter and coffee grounds get in the coffee. If it is not seated right the lid still closes, just have to be aware of this.
