Great coffee maker. You just have to make sure the coffee ground holder is pushed all the way down before you turn the coffee maker on or you will get coffee grounds all over the top and out of the coffee pot

The only things I don’t like about this coffee pot is it is loud while brewing and the beeps when it is through brewing are very soft and you can barely hear the five beeps.. Otherwise it makes great coffee, it is simple to use and it keeps it nice and hot..I like Cuisinart products.
