Your coffee will take a few extra moments to arrive but don’t be misled. The correct heating of the water through the steeping process is worth every second. The one to four cup setting along with Bold is a nice option to have.

The overall components , the thin glass carafe, exterior stainless steel , seem to be made of lower quality materials. It makes good coffee but time will tell for how long!

This is one of the few 14 cup kitchen coffee makers that I found. My previous experience with Cuisinart has been very good. I have previously owned 2 of the 12 cup coffee makers that gave me excellent service for many years and were still working when I upgraded to this newer version at home. This new one replaced the one that was in my home and the other one I had was in my office at work that gave away when I retired.. Makes excellent coffee in a reasonable amount of time with and easy to operate and adjust control panel. If this 14 cup version lasts as long as the last ones I've owned it will most likely be the last one I ever have to purchase..
