We purchased this 14 Cup Coffee maker because our last Cuisinart Coffee Maker, which we had for many years, was beginning to show its age. It was still functional but we purchased this new one because it was a great buy and we liked the beauty of the polished stainless finish to compliment the other appliances in our kitchen and we know the quality of Cuisinart.

We like our new coffee maker in general. It’s easy to learn to use, it’s attractive, it’s convenient, and it’s efficient. If I were able to change two things, the first would be the ability to keep the burner on longer. Having it turn itself off so soon is disappointing and annoying. The second would be to use a lighter color behind the carafe, in order to assess how much coffee is still there from a distance.
