Love the white look and of course the usual good taste of coffee made with this machine. Only negative is that I have not figured out how to set the clock. Read directions, watched YouTube, no success

This makes an excellent brew, the glass carafe gave me second thoughts before purchasing but I found out there is a warmer timer with temperature controlled settings. It allows the coffee to stay at the perfect temperature, no more burnt tasting coffee. I use the medium warm setting.

We used it for 3 days and the clean light came on. I contacted customer service who told me to descale the unit. I did the descaling and 4 days later the clean light came on again. We have been buying this coffee maker for years and haven’t had any problems. Now they are telling us it is okay to keep using it even though the clean light comes on every day.
