I bought a Braun nice machine but made lousy coffee . I bought the cuisinart because you can adjust the coffee strength. Looks good and easy to use. I like the fact that you can take the lid off the pot to fill the machine.

Once I learned that the basket that holds the filter must be pressed down below level, I have had no problems. The coffee is smoother because of the charcoal filter. It is easier to fill with water than my old Gevalia and the coffee does not spill when poured like my old one did. It is attractive, makes great coffee and is easy to use.

I've this coffee maker in the past and very happy that I went back. Great product. Only maker that I can find that is 14 cup and has a 4 hour timer for the heating element.

I love this new coffee maker. There’s nothing like having a hot cup of coffee that stays had from first to the last cup. It’s also great to know that when the coffee maker beeps my coffee is ready and when it beeps the second time the coffee pot shots of I love this new coffee maker. It makes a good cup of coffee. A little awkward to pour the water in. Now it is starting to make a loud "clunking noise" while brewing process..
