I purchased the Cuisinart Coffee Maker to replace another brand that unexpectedly failed me one morning. I love the simplicity of it. It is easy to brew with the perfect number of simple options - robust or delay. The clock is also easy to set, which was not at all the case with the model I replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second Cuisinart Coffeemaker. I had another less expensive brand in between and ... wow. The quality of this machine is so much more impressive — for coffee taste reasons and design. Amazing.
This is my third Cuisinart coffee maker. It is replaced due to age, not any defect or malfunction! I will always purchase a Cuisinart over any other brand. The reason, it makes the perfect brew. I enjoy a bold cup of hot coffee. This coffee maker features, "bold" setting, in addition to "temperature" setting. Amazing! I get a hot cup of bold flavor coffee-every morning without fail. The additional feature to program the time is also a plus. Waking up to the scent of freshly roasted brewed coffee is the only way to start my morning, and my family of coffee drinkers also agree!
So far so good with our two month old coffeemaker. Only issue so far has been with the hotplate showing signs of wear already. This is the same issue we had with our last Cuisinart coffeemaker, which was significant scratches and wearing off of the finish
Unit doesn’t pour well. Top is just press fit, hard to get off.

We’re sorry to hear about the pouring and lid concerns you’ve experienced with the DCC‑3200 Coffeemaker. For improved pouring, we recommend ensuring the carafe lid is properly aligned and fully seated, as misalignment can affect flow, and checking that the brew‑through valve is clean and free of residue; the press‑fit lid is designed for sealing and may require a firm, even lift to remove. Thank you for sharing your feedback, as it helps us make improvements to future models.
I cannot brew a good cup of coffee. I’ve tried several brands of coffee, followed the directions correctly and still the coffee tastes like wet cardboard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re sorry to hear you’re not enjoying your coffee and understand how disappointing that experience can be. A weak taste can sometimes occur if the machine needs a thorough cleaning or descaling, if the water is not fresh, or if the grind size or coffee‑to‑water ratio needs adjustment. We recommend running a cleaning cycle, using filtered water, and slightly increasing the amount of coffee to enhance flavor. Thank you for sharing your feedback—it helps us improve future models.
