I bought this coffee maker to use when I want to use ground coffee instead of pods, I like it so much that I very seldom use my keriug any more, it gets the coffee so much hotter.

Wanted to replace coffee maker because it never brewed hot enough. Have this brand at work and coffee is steaming hot, and now with this new one hot is not a problem, brews great coffee !!!

Cons; tall unit for small space, pot replacement &&, set up for right handed fill, plastic parts seem a little flimsy.

This is my second Cuisinart coffeemaker. I love this product, but my old 12 cup coffeemaker had a better lid. This one is harder to make feel secure.
