Use it every day, like it and glad I did! I don't like surveys that force you to write long comments and almost just deleted the whole thing because of this. Product good - survey not so much!

This is very easy to program and I love that it holds 14 cups of coffee. Great for coffee lovers and for a small crowd. Love the temperature control, the programmable option that I can set and forget the night before. My only complaint is that the buttons do seem a little lose and flimsy so I hope that over time, they will not break down.

Simple to Use Makes a Nice Cup of Hot Coffee. Generally makes a little less coffee than the amount of water you put in. The lid can be a challenge at times. Make sure it clicks in place or you may have some spillage. For those reason I can only give 4 stars.

So far, so good. Makes great coffee and the features are easy to read and use. Only wish it would brew the coffee a little faster. Other than that, all is well.
