Bought this off a recommendation from a friend, so glad I did. Been using Mr Coffee makers for years, this one is much nicer, easier to program, and the carafe temp setting are a huge plus, my coffee never gets a burned flavor. Love it, highly recommended.

Cons; tall unit for small space, pot replacement &&, set up for right handed fill, plastic parts seem a little flimsy.
