I bought this coffee maker about a month ago. It has great features. I like to be able to see the water level which I couldn't with my previous version. This coffeemaker produces great tasting coffee and I like how you have the option to make the carafe plate hotter, or the coffee more bold. I had the previous version of this coffeemaker for many years and am happy with the upgrades this new version provides. I would recommend it.

I have searched for over a year to find a coffeemaker that meets my needs. This model keeps my coffee HOT and also has a bold option that is awesome. I would highly recommend this model if you value those same features

I bought this a month ago to replace my old Cuisinart. Love that I can make 14 cups at a time but it does take quite a while for it to brew. I like that I can set the strength of the brew and it keeps it hot for up to four hours.
