I have had to replace this coffee pot 3 times because of the heating plate chipping. Just received my 3rd replacement and it is chipping also!!! All within the last year. Never buying this brand again!

Less than a year after purchasing coffeemaker, water started running out of the bottom for no apparent reason. Tried tightening screws, but didn't help.
Have to buy a new coffeemaker, not happy.

Coffee grinds do not always stay in basket and make a huge mess!! I purchased because it was 14 cups but adding that much coffee doesn’t work. I had one several years ago and it worked fine. I think the cone shaped filter might be the problem. Not a happy customer.
