Loving my new Samsung Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous fridge was a Samsung and still working after 13+ years (gave it to a friend), so we decided to try a new one. Our new Bespoke Fridge has been wonderful. I love the change they made by putting the water on the inside of the door instead of the outside (helps not have drips down the door when filling stuff up). Now there is a pitcher that can AUTO fill itself after you pour the water out and set it back inside the fridge door beverage area, no matter if it is all the way empty or even a little bit empty which is really nice. Pretty cool it auto fills. I use the pitcher all the time to fill up the coffee machine and also to give the dog her water and this makes it nicer and saves time from needing to go get another pitcher to getting multiple refills of water which I can now do in one step! We also decided to buy the white panels and change the color from Stainless Steel to White which I didn't even know could be done until my wife told me. This allowed us to customize the frig exactly how we wanted it to fit our decor. I also love the app which allows you to control the fridge and freezer temps, turn sounds on / off, set the 'do not make ice at night' feature, so it is quieter at night and other options as well. I would highly recommend this fridge and happy that we got it with all the features that fit our family's needs. Thanks Samsung!

Love the infused water feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded to this new Samsung fridge from an ancient fridge that was showing age, and we really like this! The design is sleek and lighting is nice and bright. I like multiple shelving and compartments for organizing food and drinks well, which makes it easy to find things. I personally really like the fruit-infused water feature, as I'm going to experiment with using different fruits and veggies like cucumbers. Ice maker is working well and I hope it'll continue to for a long time. Overall, this fridge is a worthy upgrade and definitely modernized my kitchen!

Not only is it aesthetically pleasing BUT it keeps the water dispenser from getting gross and dirty. Love the beverage center so much!

We recently upgraded to this Samsung refrigerator, and I'm thrilled with it. The entire experience, from purchase to setup, was fantastic, and the fridge itself is a massive improvement for our kitchen.
The Look and Features
First off, the design is beautiful. It looks incredibly sleek and modern, mostly thanks to the hidden hand grabs that give it such a clean, uninterrupted profile. My favorite feature is the beverage center. I love that the water dispenser is hidden inside the door, keeping the exterior looking spotless. The little auto-fill water pitcher that comes with it is a brilliant touch—it's always full and ready.
My only minor critique is the size of the pitcher. While I love having it, filling up my larger water bottles or cups can be a bit time-consuming. It's a small inconvenience, not a deal-breaker.
Storage and Performance
Here are a few thoughts on the nuts and bolts of the fridge:
Capacity: The capacity is amazing. It holds all of our groceries with plenty of room to spare—no more cramming things in after a big shopping trip.
Configuration: We love the French door configuration. It's so practical to have the wide-open fridge space at eye level for all our fresh food, with the freezer drawers conveniently below.
Compartments: All the internal compartments are well-thought-out. We especially love the middle drawer! It's perfect for drinks and quick-grab snacks like yogurts and string cheeses, which makes life with kids so much easier. The other drawers also slide smoothly, and the adjustable door bins are spacious.
Temperature: The temperature control seems excellent. Everything feels perfectly and evenly chilled, and the freezer keeps items frozen solid with no signs of frost build-up.
Materials: The materials feel very high-quality. The stainless steel finish is beautiful (and seems to resist fingerprints well!), and the internal shelving feels sturdy and durable.
The "Smart" Experience
The tech features are what really make this fridge stand out. The app connectivity is seamless and genuinely useful.
The Service
I also have to praise the delivery and setup process. It was so easy. The delivery team was professional, came in, set up the new fridge perfectly, and even hauled our old refrigerator away for us. That level of service made the entire upgrade feel effortless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] CAPACITY IS GREAT. Plenty of room for everything that is needed. Very good temperature zones, with all being easily adjusted. I really like the two drawer freezer and the what I call 'chill zone' which i use for defrosting meats. Very convenient.

We especially love the flex drawer and being able to change the temperature in there depending on what we need it for. The auto-fill water pitcher is also a hit in our home. Capacity is great and we are able to store a weeks worth of groceries and some random leftovers with no problem.

It fills immediately, takes about 30 seconds and it is really to go again. The freezer is extra large and items can be easily seen from the top and has easy access. The ice maker works great and you even get a scope for the ice. This is my second Samsung refrigerator and I would recommend it 100%.
