Pretty decent fridge

While the capacity and general cooling performance are alright, keeping the exterior and interior shelves pristine takes way too much effort. Additionally, managing the temperature consistency has been a bit of a hassle. It offers some decent customization options for storage, but the overall accessibility and upkeep make it frustrating to maintain daily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The shelves are removable for space in the inside, changing temperature is easy. Our family enjoys the accessibility and the cooling temperatures for the water is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung refrigerators with the Beverage Center and AutoFill Water Pitcher, the accessibility advantage is that the pitcher is stored inside the refrigerator door, behind the Beverage Center panel, rather than being a loose pitcher on a shelf. This makes chilled water readily available while keeping the exterior visually clean.
From an accessibility/usability perspective, the filled pitcher is convenient

Sleek beautiful fridge with awesome fearures

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge. We had the previous model and we loved it but it started having compressor and cooler line problems. Samsung worked with us to get an authorized repair person and after trying they determined it could not be fixed so Samsung gave us a credit towards a new fridge! This one has features that clearly Samsung took feedback and modified and it's really a beautiful fridge. Have to hand it to Samsung for coming through on their Mfg warranty.
