Overall, seems to be a quality product… some sound issues, but a firmware update seemed to fix it. Sound is fine, mostly meetings and not really a HiFi product so not an issue. Battery life is decent, and fits mostly well, but with glasses can be a bit of fidgets to get the fit right throughout the day. A bit pricey, but hoping to get a couple years out of this headset, and if so is worth the price.

The OpenComm 2UC are my 3rd pair of shokz bone conducting headphones. I love the all day comfort and battery life. 90% of the reason I've purchased these was for the noise canceling microphone. However, I've received many comments about my voice cutting out, both on my pc and when using the phone. I may rethink my choice.

OpenComm2 UC with the 2025 USBC upgrade is nothing short of AMAZING. . . . I wish you guys offered more colors I would buy all the colors. . wanted purple one and red one. . wish it came in more colors.

Excellent quality, clarity, features, battery life. I have another model for personal use and it was easy to give the open comm a try. Glad I did for my office environment. Pairs easily with PC.
