Good but the dongle broke the first week

I've been using it without the dongle just using Bluetooth. But besides that, it's good for calls. Nobody complains about the mic because it's what I wanted it for. If there was one issue, it's just that whenever I use it for my computer using Bluetooth, there's a lag between the 1st words I say it doesn't catch them, and then it starts catching them. So I always have to kind of repeat my 1st words, and I end up just using a regular mic. But for calls on my phone, it's very good.

Not worth the cost

There is an update that need to downloaded for the dongle and it refuses to complete the update. The headset does not always stay connected, and the microphone sometimes cuts out on call. I thought I was buying top of the line, but these are not really better than the cheap set I was using.

This is my second OpenComm Shokz headset and I like them but not everything is perfect. I prefer all the controls on one side of the headset. This new headset doesn't seem to be as load as my first headset. I do like that you got rid of the beep beep when the headset was going to be disconnected or out of range.

They are better than anything out there!

This is my 3rd set of bone conduction headphones I've ordered in the past 8 years. I love the control you have with them and the adaptability to ANY environment. I use them exclusively and mostly for work where I have to make phone calls in a very noisy environment (I am required to wear hearing protection). I use them at home because they provide great sound and allow me to still hear my family and sounds around the house. I'll never go back to headphone or ear buds.

Dropped calls/sound low

I work remotely and take calls for my job. Once the call came in and the sound was very low and wouldn’t come up. Then I had a call that didn’t ring but luckily I didn’t miss the call because I was watching my screen. A few times I had unclear sound as well. Had to return them.

Amazing headset

I absolutely love my Shokz! Switching over to the Shokz OpenComm 2 for work has been a game changer. I can hear everything I need to for work, my Customers can hear me and also I don't get the ear fatigue and headaches I have had in the past with other headsets!
