From the fast heating elements of the stovetop to how great the oven cooks everything evenly is so far makes this range the perfect addition to our kitchen. I haven’t tried the sou vi yet but the air fryer feature works great. I just wish that the the racks were on caster sliders. Otherwise I am very happy with it.

So, after much research and reading tons of reviews, I'm very satisfied with this oven. I love the extra features Air Fry, Souvide, and Convection Roast. Love the thermal cook. The steam clean works much better than I thought but have deep clean option if I need it. So far, steam cleaning works great. Haven't tried the other features but confident they'll work just as well. Very pleased with purchase.
