Beautiful stove, but...

The stove has great features. Works wonderfully, but I became a slave of my own stove. I don't have it for a long time, even though we bought it back in February, I just have it for really 3 months. I have no complain on the functionality of the stove, but the stove top that is a different story. I am constantly wiping it and even with that on my back burner I am struggling to remove all the time the soft" rust marks that appear. I know I am not doing anything wrong, since is the only spot. I have E-cloth and stainless-steel cleaner. Nothing else. Not sure if is normal, at least not after maybe 30 time of use. All my appliances are LG, this is the only one, that I almost wish it would be white or black.

Before I moved I owned a similar LG range and when I redid my current kitchen I wanted the same quality. Love the size of the oven, so large you can cook several items along with a turkey for Thanksgiving and not have to shuffle things around. The burners are terrific, the different BTUs make quick boiling or simmering a breeze. Haven't tried the AirFry feature yet but I look forward to trying it out. The only thing I miss is the 3rd oven rack which was great when baking, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new LG stove has been great. It's a replacement from my original LG stove following a kitchen remodel. The former stove was passed along to a friend that is also enjoying it.
Bought this 3 weeks ago and could not be happier! It is first off so modern loooking and sleek. The functions are amazing-air fry, and convection! The air fry which I have never experienced before is just fantastic!! The knobs that light when turned on is a wonderful safety feature not just so I don't forget to turn a burner off but for safety if you have children. The stainless steel is so beautiful and easy to keep clean. Thrilled with our purchase.

So I did my research to find the best appliance brand and LG was the tops. I ordered this range because it looks awesome and has great features. The top burners are great, but the oven sucks....big time!! When I started to cook frozen pizzas at the recommended temp of 400 degrees for 17-19 minutes the outside crust was burnt after 12 minutes. This happened several times so I purchased a professional oven digital thermonater the tracks current and average temps. I cook sourdough bread and start at 500 degrees so I started at this temp. Had to adjust the temp through the control board by -9 degrees to average 500. Not too bad. However at -9 for other temps the oven maintained these average temps: 350 = 346; 375 = 406; 400 = 430; 450 = 477. How in the world are you suppose to cook with these temp flucations. So after pestering (and I mean pestering because they blew me off at first) LG to repair this oven they sent a repair person who replaced the control board and heat sensor. Well after the "REPAIR" nothing has changed. Again, how is one suppose to use this oven when the temperature control is so inaccurate.

Nice cook top/range, but....

I do enjoy cooking on a gas range and the instant light and heat controll is very good on this range. The oven works well and I am stil getting used to a full gas range having a duel-fuel range previously. BUT, it is VERY difficult to keep the cook top clean. The burner covers and grates are an odd material and once something burns on them, impossible to remove the stains! The so-called non-stick griddle is definitely NOT non-stick and is also hard to clean. I have stopped using it! I have not had to clean the oven at this point, but hoping it does well.

Stains that will not go away, look terrible!

I don’t use my stove very often, but even with the minimal usage it has accumulated stains that look horrible and won’t come clean. I’ve followed the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions, but the stains persist. I can only imagine how much worse it would be if I used it frequently. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of this product, especially considering its price. I would like a resolution to this issue with the stove.
