Goodbye smelly gas range; hello to cooking with science!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this range even more than I expected to. It is an excellent value for the price. I love that it’s a safer and healthier option for my family than natural gas cooking, which we converted from. It blows my mind every time I boil water that it takes less than 2 minutes to achieve a rolling boil using the Power Boil setting; I keep pulling my neighbors into my house to demonstrate this magic trick! Cleaning is so much easier than it was with the gas burners- ceramic cooktop cleaner keeps it looking shiny and new. The sleek, flat surface looks so much better than the gas range did in our space. One thing to note: I do notice a buzzing noise when using my stainless steel/aluminum combo pans, which is expected based on induction’s mechanism of generating heat through magnetism. The buzzing is minimal when using cast iron pans, and prefer to use those anyway. I hope my induction range will last for many years. My dad has a Frigidaire cooktop and wall oven that are over 50 years old and going strong!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First induction stove top I've had. Impressed with how quickly it heats a large pot of water and cooks well. Front controls are very sensitive - if you brush up against the front of the stove, it beaps but fortunately doesn't come on.
