Great Even Cooking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this induction oven for a few days now, and I’m seriously impressed. The even baking is fantastic—my sourdough bread came out with a beautifully crisp crust and soft interior. I also simmered a rich pasta sauce, and the temperature control was spot-on the whole time. The front controls are well-designed, easy to reach, and incredibly user-friendly. Whether I’m baking or cooking on the stovetop, this oven makes the process smooth and enjoyable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn’t be more pleased with this induction range. It heats up incredibly fast, is easy to clean, and has a streamlined look. I didn’t think I’d like anything else as much as gas, but this is 👌. The convection oven cooks evenly and the air fry setting is so nice to have. I love being able to get the air fryer off the counter now. Can’t wait to use the 30 minute steam clean cycle too!

Amazing!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By far the smartest range I’ve ever had!! As a mom of 3 I absolutely love the various safety features. For example, being able to lock the buttons. Additionally, the cooktop won’t work unless it senses an induction pot. I also LOVE the air fryer feature which works SOOO much better than my counter top toaster oven/ air fryer.

Induction Stove and Air Fry Oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving our new induction stove! I had always heard about induction heating/cooking and was fascinated by it. We finally took the plunge and are glad we did. We cook alot of pasta in our household and the speed at which you can boil water is stunning. No more sitting around waiting forever for water to boil or for pans to get heat. This is going to save us so much time.
The air fry feature for the oven is so great also. Like most folks we had a small little air fry basket cooker but being able to use your entire oven now is wonderful. These two features are what really sold us on this range and it's been amazing so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven has so many interesting features. The induction stove top will recognize when you have a pot or pan on the stove. You then just have to turn that “burner” on. Unfortunately, not all pots & pans work on the stove top. So far only 1 we have does not work and we are looking for an alternative (popcorn) pot. The installation was quick, easy and seamless. Like all new appliances there is a learning curve but the more we use it the more we love it.

A Watched Pot FINALLY Boils!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ever induction cooktop and I am so impressed! I've always heard that induction cooktops boil water super fast, but I was thinking within a few minutes, instead of the 10 minutes or so it used to take my old electric stovetop to boil a pot of water. Not so with this stovetop! Within mere seconds, we were seeing tiny bubbles in the water. Within about 45 seconds, we had a full rolling boil! We've cooked rice in half the time (because we're not waiting forever for the water to boil).
The "eyes" of the stove also aren't a hazard anymore. I wish I had this stove when my babies (who are now adults) were little. The only thing that got hot on the stovetop was the pot and the area immediately under the pot. The surrounding area wasn't scalding any food that got spilled or splattered. It was nice to be able to just wipe it away clean while cooking.
The oven is excellent, too. We haven't used the air fryer setting just yet, but the convection setting is fantastic. It moves the heated air around so that you can have your dishes on separate racks and they cook evenly. I can't wait until the holidays so I can cut my baking time down significantly. No more waiting until one dish is fully cooked before putting the next one in. If they cook at the same temperature, they're going in together! Oh, and I'm excited to try the Delay Start option for Thanksgiving rolls, too. I can now set the rolls in the oven to rise the night before and schedule the oven to start in time for my family to wake up to freshly baked yeast rolls. Yum!
Besides the actual effectiveness of the range, there is the look of it. My old stove used to have the back panel with all the buttons and pull-off dials. With the controls in the front, there is space back behind my range to put in shelving for spices or my utensils that I use regularly. It's a much cleaner look. The front panel has a lock on it to prevent curious little fingers or accidental bumps of the controls.
Speaking of the control panel and security settings, the induction range doesn't turn a "burner" on unless it recognizes an induction-ready pot on top of it. So, unless you have a pot on the stove, you won't have to worry about Junior turning on a burner. Additionally, you won't have to worry about whether or not you left the burner on after removing the pot. (You do have to remove the pot, though.) The security settings are such that if you remove a pot and it is off the "burner" for a certain period of time, the stovetop will turn off the induction to that spot.
You do need to have induction ready pots and pans. If you aren't sure if you already have any of those on hand, grab a magnet from your fridge. If the magnet sticks to the bottom of your cookware, you have an induction-ready pot or pan. We found we didn't need to purchase all new cookware, as all but one of our items was induction-ready.

Love this oven and all the features. Induction cooks different and I prefer it. Having the air fry option is a game changer and I no longer need my counter top one. Cooks evenly and is a great stove!
