Good but bad design of drawers

Really like the refrigerator. Only issue is with removing drawers. Seems like a bad design. I am not able to remove the ice tray drawer. Seems like the little tab is frozen or broken. Have to call service. Just seems like a bad design. Other than that, we like the refirgerator.

I love the look of this refrigerator and the capacity of the fridge and freezer sections. It's also counter depth which in my small kitchen is a big plus. I'm very pleased overall with my purchase. My only concern at the moment is that the refrigerator section is running a bit colder than where I have set the temperature. Not freezing things, just doesn't need to be that cold, approx 30 degrees when it's set at 37 degrees. I thought it might be because it was pretty empty at first, but now that I've filled it a reasonable amount it's still running colder than necessary. I will be keeping my eye on this.
