Cellophane wrap nightmare

Getting the drawers out and the plastic off these drawers is impossible makes it an expensive tacky looking fridge freezer. Why would you make it impossible to take the cellophane wrap off? You literally put it on then pinned it in. Something I was so excited for I am extremely underwhelmed about.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The safest way to remove the adhesive from packaging tape on new appliances is an application of a household liquid dishwashing detergent. It's a pretty fridge, but the ERR code won't go away after I replaced the H2O filter. I used a GE specific filter as suggested, tried shutting off power, reinstalled filter 3 x's. At one point, I thought I had one the battle but as soon as I reinstalled the condiment shelf, the ERR came back!!! Right now, I HATE MY 6 MONTH OLD FRIDGE!

I love the look of this refrigerator and the capacity of the fridge and freezer sections. It's also counter depth which in my small kitchen is a big plus. I'm very pleased overall with my purchase. My only concern at the moment is that the refrigerator section is running a bit colder than where I have set the temperature. Not freezing things, just doesn't need to be that cold, approx 30 degrees when it's set at 37 degrees. I thought it might be because it was pretty empty at first, but now that I've filled it a reasonable amount it's still running colder than necessary. I will be keeping my eye on this.

Good but bad design of drawers

Really like the refrigerator. Only issue is with removing drawers. Seems like a bad design. I am not able to remove the ice tray drawer. Seems like the little tab is frozen or broken. Have to call service. Just seems like a bad design. Other than that, we like the refirgerator.

I love this refrigerator!!! Started with a Samsung and it was so cheaply made that I returned it. I love that this one has a portion that can be used as another fridge area. It's perfect!

The configuration is excellent and convenient for our use. Storage space is arranged for easy access. The capacity is vey good for two seniors. The wifi control with the app is very convenient and works better than the on refrigerator controls in my opinion. Love the auto fill water pitcher. The only small thing that could be better is the ice storage when full will sometimes have ice cubes slide back and land in the tray below.

Nice Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve only had this fridge for several days but so far it is working well with no issues. The ice maker is a bit slow to make ice and if you need a lot of freezer space this design may not be for you. We are using the convertible side for fridge space since we have an additional freezer. Runs quiet which is important. We like the water jug dispenser and hope it holds up after substantial use. A nice refrigerator and happy with our purchase.
