2 weeks in and pooling water!

Just had this installed 2 weeks ago and water is pooling continuously under the drawers where I need to soak up with towels every few hours. The water is not hooked up so it's not a water pipe issue, it's a brand new fridge issue. So disappointing and such a hassle.

Great Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was not sure how we would like moving from the pull out bottom freezer to a door freezer, but it was such a big upgrade. We've opted to use the variable bottom right side as extra fridge space, but we could go either way. For a counter depth, it is very roomy and the interior lighting makes it hard not to constantly want to open the doors and look in. We did not know about the easy access door on the top when we bought it, but it has been a game changer. My wife and I love it so much and I highly recommend.

Cellophane wrap nightmare

Getting the drawers out and the plastic off these drawers is impossible makes it an expensive tacky looking fridge freezer. Why would you make it impossible to take the cellophane wrap off? You literally put it on then pinned it in. Something I was so excited for I am extremely underwhelmed about.

FRUSTRATED

It's a pretty fridge, but the ERR code won't go away after I replaced the H2O filter. I used a GE specific filter as suggested, tried shutting off power, reinstalled filter 3 x's. At one point, I thought I had one the battle but as soon as I reinstalled the condiment shelf, the ERR came back!!! Right now, I HATE MY 6 MONTH OLD FRIDGE!

I love the look of this refrigerator and the capacity of the fridge and freezer sections. It's also counter depth which in my small kitchen is a big plus. I'm very pleased overall with my purchase. My only concern at the moment is that the refrigerator section is running a bit colder than where I have set the temperature. Not freezing things, just doesn't need to be that cold, approx 30 degrees when it's set at 37 degrees. I thought it might be because it was pretty empty at first, but now that I've filled it a reasonable amount it's still running colder than necessary. I will be keeping my eye on this.

Good but bad design of drawers

Really like the refrigerator. Only issue is with removing drawers. Seems like a bad design. I am not able to remove the ice tray drawer. Seems like the little tab is frozen or broken. Have to call service. Just seems like a bad design. Other than that, we like the refirgerator.

I love this refrigerator!!! Started with a Samsung and it was so cheaply made that I returned it. I love that this one has a portion that can be used as another fridge area. It's perfect!
