Ice maker and ice storage not the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the configuration is great, the ice maker leaves something out. The size of the tray is nice but it spills ice into the drawer below. This should not happen. Also since there are just 2 of us in the house and do not use a great deal of ice....the ice in the drawer has mostly frozen into a solid block twice now and would look to be an ongoing problem. The only solution is to remove the drawer and defrost in the sink and start over.

We appreciate you reaching out and want to help you with your refrigerator icemaker. This icemaker will produce 7 cubes per cycle and that is approximately 100-130 cubes in a 24-hour period. If the ice isn't used that often it can fuse and clump together, causing the new ice to fall in the drawer. We recommend cleaning out your bucket and starting fresh, once the ice bucket is full, turn your icemaker off at the control to keep from having too much made. Overall Great Unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few weeks this unit has met all expectations. Very quiet and efficient. Maintains good temperature range on both Freezer and Refrigerator. Lighting is excellent. Ice dispenser produces enough ice for a family of 6 easy! Freezer configuration with drawers is a little bit of a hassle for quick access, but offers a very clean ergonomic solution. Only short coming identified is vegetable drawer is rather narrow and will not hold a standard head of ice berg lettuce. This however can be managed if you convert the optionally configurable lower unit to be a refrigerator rather than a freezer section (a big advantage around holidays when a lot of prepared food needs refrigerator space!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this refrigerator. We replaced a LG Fridge that was constantly having problems. We have only had it a month so I can't speak to the longevity. Some of my favorite features are: the ice maker we never run out now, the convertible botto. Left section can be used as a fridge or freezer. The organization drawers in the freezer easy to see items good capacity. The water pitcher that automatically refills We always have cold filtered water. Lastly the easy access door for frequently accessed items like milk and coffee creamer. The back wall LED light is great and really lights up the interior. The only thing I would wish for is that it was black stainless steel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve only had this fridge for several days but so far it is working well with no issues. The ice maker is a bit slow to make ice and if you need a lot of freezer space this design may not be for you. We are using the convertible side for fridge space since we have an additional freezer. Runs quiet which is important. We like the water jug dispenser and hope it holds up after substantial use. A nice refrigerator and happy with our purchase.

The configuration is excellent and convenient for our use. Storage space is arranged for easy access. The capacity is vey good for two seniors. The wifi control with the app is very convenient and works better than the on refrigerator controls in my opinion. Love the auto fill water pitcher. The only small thing that could be better is the ice storage when full will sometimes have ice cubes slide back and land in the tray below.

I love this refrigerator!!! Started with a Samsung and it was so cheaply made that I returned it. I love that this one has a portion that can be used as another fridge area. It's perfect!
