[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator about 6 weeks ago. Both the refrigerator and freezer are well organized and perform extremely well. Unfortunately the icemaker is not working properly and we are waiting for a replacement icemaker as it has been on backorder.

500 Series French Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the fridge is good. Sometimes the ice crushing component gets stuck and there is water drainage inside on the shelf below where the ice goes into the dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good clean lines, our first unit doors did notlinme up correctly and the unit was quickly replaced. very good cooling in both fridge and freezer and ice maker works great. The specs did not indicate crushed ice so we were pleased that it was included. Very quiet unit and we'd recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Standard depth. Nice size freezer. The pull out upper freezer drawer has full sides so your stacked items don't fall behind like with other brands. The door water/ice compartment is taller so large mugs fit easily. The timed bottle fill is genius. You no longer have to stand there for 45 seconds while you're extra large mug fills with water. It shuts off automatically. It's Wi-Fi and you can adjust the brightness of the interior lights with your phone. He can also adjust everything else with your phone too, but the adjustable brightness is nice. I had to take it all apart to get it through my narrow doorway. It's well built. All the drawers have ball bearing guides that slide real easy. Bosch makes top-notch appliances.
