I love my refrigerator!

Food does in fact stay fresh much longer!
The layout is very convenient.
And- very important for me - it is virtually silent! No noise!!! Love it!

I was disappointed that "this" was the refrigerator that would fit. I really wanted the Benchmark, but size dictated differently. I had no reason to be disappointed, this refrigerator is fantastic. The interior lights are just enough without being garish. An added bonus is being able to tell when the door is adjar, reminding my son or husband to please shut it. Ha ha ha

Excellent but bad WiFi

This refrigerator is excellent, and we have had no problems other than the WiFi connection. It will disconnect from the "HomeConnect" app and is very stubborn if not impossible to reconnect. This has happened repeatedly. The power to the unit must be cut off and turned back on to reset the WiFi. But the refrigerator itself works great and makes ice very fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice refrigerator, one suggested improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very happy with our Bosch B36FD52SNS refrigerator. We've had no issues with it. It's spacious, creates plenty of ice and keeps our food cool.
The only suggested improvement i have is it has a bottle fill option for water which is time based (ie: fill for 30 seconds - you customize the length of time). I would like it to be volume based instead (ie: i would like 30 ounces of water). To me thats more intuitive for the average user.

Both doors had stains on them

I waited for over a month for the doors to be replaced. Unfortunately the repairmen did not install the light for the freezer when installing the new doors. Still waiting for that to be fixed. Recently the panel on the water display flashed error but returned to normal. We'll see.

New Home - New Refrigerator

So spacious inside and love the ability to rearrange the shelving to suit our needs. The ice and water dispenser is just what we were looking for. This is our first Bosch appliance and so far we are loving it.
