Both fridges were defective

Ice maker on model B36FD50SNS wouldn't work so delivery guys immediately took it away. We've had this one about 10 days and ice maker is leaking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Temperature is Uneven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The temperature for the refridgerator and the oven is very uneven. Ice cream will be very soft if we leave it on the bottom drawer of the freezer. Things will freeze, like sour cream, if it is left on the top shelf in the back of the refreidgerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our Bosch 500 Series French Door Bottom Mount refrigerator for several weeks now and we love it. The external appearence of the smear-free stainless steel doors is very attractive and requires much less cleaning than our previous refrigerator. The layouts of both the refrigerator and freezer are well thought out and are quite spacious. The water/ice cube dispenser works great and we have never run out of ice cubes. And the unit is exceptionally quiet. We are very happy that we chose this wonderful Bosch product for our new refrigerator/freezer. Thank you Bosch!

Great so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge to replace my 8-year old kitchen aid. So far, its been very quiet, kept a consistent temperature, and has been hassle free. Build quality seems solid. We went for the non-counter depth and i'm glad we did- enjoying the extra storage space
