Hi Carmelita,

Thank you for sharing your user experience. If your TV’s settings keep resetting, it’s possible that Usage Mode is set to Retail Mode. This mode is intended for in-store display and will automatically reset certain settings every 5 minutes.

To resolve this, change the Usage Mode to Home Mode by navigating to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Usage Mode > Home Mode

If your looking for a new TV but not wanting to pay the large price tag for the QLED the Crystal UHD is the best of both worlds. It has a great picture (would be even better if you have access to stable internet) and all the apps that we stream from these days.
My family couldn't be happier whether my kids are gaming, husband is watching a fame or my extra kids are enjoying their favorite movies.

I was looking at the reviews for Samsung and they seemed to be outstanding.. I purchased my new Samsung TV and I am so happy I did.. The sound quality and the picture quality is amazing.. I don't know why I never purchased Samsung before..
