I like this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only problem I have with it is the "simple" remote that came with this TV. It is unusable and doesn't function well. I bought A Samsung replacement remote so we could use the TV. This is not our first Samsung TV we have two currently and the previous ones lasted a very long time.

I am thrilled everytime I turn on my Samsung and get lost in the colors, smooth movement, great sound, and feeling life is better with this epic TV!

Not to mention the ease of it being a smart tv with access to free products like Samsung tv. Also making it a speaker and controlling it with my phone again so easy. This tv is an amazing product and worth everything in quality and ease of use!

Most complicated TV to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always had Samsung TVs. Got this one home and it was a nightmare from the time I turned it on. The remote is a little black stick with only a few buttons and symbols and you can't tell what any are for. The set-up was complex, and it took forever to get through the confusing registration process. Then the remote would bounce around the apps from left to right and back again and not stop. I finally boxed it up and took it back.
