Bang for the buck

I wa skeptical about the tv but decided to give it a shot and I was impressed. Great picture quality. The speakers aren't the best but paired with a soundbar really helps the tv shine

The picture quality is absolutely stunning—vivid colors, deep blacks, and incredibly sharp detail. Whether I’m watching movies, gaming, or streaming shows, everything looks smooth and immersive.

This TV has great picture quality and sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given this TV an even higher score, but I've only owned this device for about 4 months and now I have a horizontal line ruining through it. Due to my address, I can't seem to get any assistance with repair or assistance. Overall, it's still a good product and I do like Samsung products.

1. Check all input cable connections for any external devices (e.g., HDMI, streaming boxes, Blu-ray players) 2. Switch channels or inputs to see if the issue appears across all sources 3. Run a Picture Test to check for panel-related issues: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test 4. Perform a cold boot by holding the power button on your remote for about 10 seconds 5. Ensure your TV has the latest software installed: Settings > Support > Software Update

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot raise, lower or mute the audio. I had a very difficult time accessing my Verizon FIOS channels and escaping the bad channel lineup that came with the TV.

Thanks for your feedback on the remote. Many buttons have multiple functions—for example, press Volume UP/DOWN to adjust sound, press once to mute, or hold to access Accessibility Shortcuts. The RETURN button also acts as a back key or last-channel toggle depending on the context.
