"Crystal" Clear Image! Worth the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Image is spectacular and so clear and detailed. Never had a better TV then this! It is a little pricey but honestly with how great it is I'd say its worth the splurge! Can always try ans wait for a better deal to come up during the holidays but might risk having to search around for one cause im sure there gonna fly off the shelves and be bought out online! Lol

To be honest I was so excited when buying this tv it worked fantastic until it didn’t anymore… the entire screen went black just stopped working for no reason. Got it fixed by Samsung and now it’s like I’ve had the tv for ten years it’s very slow not like how it was when I first got the tv. It doesn’t respond right away to my Bluetooth speaker anymore, it also no longer responds when I turn my console on, I used to be able to turn on my ps5 while the tv is off and the tv would turn on and open the ps5 right away on the screen and it no longer does that. Just all in all I’m highly disappointed and kinda wish I never got a new tv to begin with 🤷🏻‍♀️
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. For optimal performance, please ensure your U8000F TV is running the latest firmware. You can check this by going to: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update.

To further optimize performance, try running Device Care, which checks memory, clears unused cached data, and closes background apps: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m satisfied with the performance value for the dollar, however there are two main issues for me.
1. How do I change input sources? I have found 3 or 4 different methods including AI and all appear to be a workaround for something that should be obvious.
2. How do I download a new app and where would it appear if I could figure out how to do it? Again, I have tried several approaches suggested by AI (including resetting to factory default) and nothing has worked.
If there are obvious solutions to these issues I would love to know. Perhaps I’m just not looking in the right places.
