Great picture, subpar volume and directions

Went from an older metal framed 42" flat screen Samsung TV to this one. The U8000FB 55" is 3X lighter. Purchased new Onn Ultra thin Full Motion TV Wall Mount. Unpacking; No owners manual, just merely a crumpled difficult to read folded
instruction sheet with little installation instructions. Bits of styrofoam stuck in framing around screen. We find remote to be small and difficult to read buttons. Was easy to install and hook up, however it does not have audio video jacks for older DVD player. Once all the registrations were completed, picture quality is outstanding. Audio volume is subpar at best even with changing audio settings. Had to unplug our Spectrum cable box to reset as screen turned pink only when turning onto cable TV. I merely unplugged cable box to reset and that worked. This TV takes slightly longer for picture to turn on compared to our 42". Will amend this review after a couple weeks of use.
Need to try and get cable and the TV remote to work on just one remote. Will need to install other equipment for DVD player and an external audio system for better sound/volume quality. Overall for the $ so far I'm happy and the picture allows you to count the hairs on someone's head... It's that clear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Id first like to start off by stating an opinion of mine that is so close to being a fact that I 100% believe it to be. Samsung doesn't miss! No matter the product or category, if it has Samsung's name on it, its top 2. Their TVs are the epitome of perfection! The picture, colors, and brightness on this TV is unbelievable for the price. I use this for streaming mostly but I also plug my cpu into it and use it to play robot and NBA 2K. It's the "Swiss army knife" of televisions!
