Beautiful picture quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new TV has exceeded expectations, with streaming and gaming being its primary uses. Setup was quick and hassle-free. The sound and picture quality are truly outstanding. Linking the phone to the TV via smart things was seamless. This proved to be an excellent decision, as I rarely keep my ringer on, and it now enables me to locate my phone effortlessly. Definitely would recommend to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted a Samsung or LG. Went with Samsung because of availability and price. Did not research the product and did not realize they no longer support android OS. I use Volleyball TV a lot and the new OS does not support it. Very disappointed. Picture quality good seems to be fast. Menus really confusing and hard to load apps. Having issues with 4k compatibility with Fire Cube. Start video get sound and captions but no video. Takes long time to load 4k video. Had hoped to eliminate Fire Cube but need for Volleyball TV app. Fire Cube menu is way superior.

Thank you for sharing your experience. If your TV is on but showing a black screen, it may be a connection or source issue. First, press Home on your remote - if the menu appears, your TV is working, and the source or device may need checking. Confirm cables are secure, the input source matches your connected device, and try another HDMI port if needed.
You can also run HDMI Troubleshooting: Home > left directional key > Connected Devices > Connection Guide > Video Device > HDMI Troubleshooting
...and check for firmware updates if possible: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

So he said he wants one since his room.was the only one without one.He is heavily into gaming and he said how the games look better on this TV compared to his old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming and apps I had trouble setting up, trouble with remote, instructions not clear to many apps to download. My app doesn’t work well with this tv, everything is very slow it may take 5-10 minutes to download before watching anything. Not a happy customer.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your U8000F TV. Learn Menu Screen is an accessibility feature that helps users navigate on-screen menus with audio guidance. When enabled, your TV will announce the name and function of each menu item as you scroll through the settings – without making any actual changes. This is a helpful tool for users who are visually impaired or new to using Smart TV menus.
To enable this feature, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit Learn Menu Screen, press the Return key twice.
For optimal performance, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware. You can check this by going to: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update
To further optimize performance, try running Device Care, which checks memory, clears unused cached data, and closes background apps: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
