I think the television has great features, however

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great television it's really awesome it just takes time to get used to using the different functions on the remote. It is nice in a way not to have very many buttons all over the remote that are cumbersome and getting away however you have to drill down so to speak on some of your items in order to get to what you're looking for. The first two weeks that I had the television I was extremely frustrated with it because I couldn't get to the antenna programs until I learned I was doing something wrong. I'm running with low or budget internet so sometimes I don't get a very solid picture, but I've made some changes to my internet which now I get great pictures all the time. I would tell you if you could add a couple more buttons to the controller the remote control so that it could be used a little bit easier it would be more user friendly if you will someone who is a little older like myself who is 61 years old. That would be my only suggestion.

This product is more than i expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is impressively easy to use and can also work without a cable package. I love the Samsung hub, the games , live tv, and endless amounts of downloadable apps and content. All I needed was to have WiFi service. Price was really affordable for its size and brand. The awesome colors and clean and clear picture is impeccable.
I must say, I’d buy this product again if needed to. I highly recommend this product to my friends and family, who were also impressed by the size ,price, and quality of this product. Definitely worth the purchase.

Somewhat Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a smaller smart tv, an LG. I wanted a bigger screen with more options available. The picture is not as good as my old LG 42 inch. I am also disappointed about not being able to have a screen saver. I was really looking forward to that but found out this model doesn’t offer this. Boo hoo! The Q models offer it but I don’t have that kind of money to spend on a tv! I’m just not as thrilled as I should be and that’s disappointing.

Remote Sucks

I hate the remote. Ive changed the batteries on the remote, reset the remote to the tv. The up and down does not work properly, I click on the reset which is the return and the forward/pause and it takes you to the guide instead of reseting 2/3 of the time. TV is nice but the remote absolutely sucks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re sorry to hear your remote isn’t working as expected. Please try the following troubleshooting steps, which may help:

1. Check and clean the top edge of the remote. Dust or smudges on the IR sensor at the top of the remote can interfere with performance. Gently wipe the sensor area with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
2. Replace the batteries. Weak or depleted batteries can cause erratic behavior. Insert a fresh set of batteries and make sure they are positioned correctly in the battery compartment.
3. Check for available software updates. Occasionally, remote responsiveness issues can be resolved with a firmware update to the TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
4. Ensure there are no nearby devices interfering with the signal. Nearby electronics (like soundbars, game consoles, or even sunlight hitting the IR sensor) may interfere with your remote's signal. Try using the remote with other nearby devices powered off.

Optical connection to soundbar
