i bought this to replace my old roku stick and haven't had no problum. this one is more powerfull than the roku stick if your tv is far away for your roughter and i wold recomend getting this one.

The 4k remote doesn't respond well, need to push hard on the buttons to get it to switch channels.Changed batteries, still same. My Wi-fi is very strong.

I’m happy with my voice remote and installation was ok but I did need some help in the beginning and I couldn’t get any help because all I bought was a remote and they are not supported.

Good, solid purchase

I bought this about two months ago. I like the automatic turn-off feature. The responsiveness is very good and every feature on the remote works very quickly without any lag time. I'm still getting used to the controls. The one feature I don't like is the mute button being on the side as I tend to hit it a lot when piking up the remote. Not a huge deal. I don't use the streaming service buttons on the remote so sometimes I hit those by accident. Again, not a big deal. Overall I really like my new device and it's a big improvement from my old ROKU device. I wouldn't mind seeing button lights on the remote in the future so I can see where the remote is in the dark and what button I'm pushing, but I'll have a better feel for that as I get more used to the new remote.. A small flashlight would also be a great, handy feature. It's just a convenient tool to have on a remote instead of having to fumble for your phone or flashlight to see things in the dark at night while watching TV.
