The Best Thing I ever Bought

I am ready to cut the cord with the cable company...after buying my first Roku and found out what I was missing with the cable company I now purchased 3 more Roku devices
one for every TV in my house and one for son at college...all I can saw is I haven't watched this much TV in years...i am getting channels for free that I would have had to pay for if I wanted them with the cable company...if you are thinking about it...take my word for someone who has bought 4 devices in like a month...don't wait just do it

HORRIBLE REMOTE CONTROL!

We purchased three Roku systems for our TVs. All of us are having remote control issues. The remote control stops working. We cannot change the channels, adjust the volume, or turn the TV off; all three remotes drain the batteries so quickly. We are not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought one for my non smart tv.easy to hook up.We now have 3 roku tv sets.the other two had roku built in.our other tv is an android the roku give more apps and options..the second roku express gave to my sister in law for christmas.I set it up for her.she had been without tv for months since she could not afford dish anymore.she flips over it.made her happy.we are very pleased with this device.

I have had Roku for years, but recently I purchased a new one. This product thinks it can control me.... it turns off my tv whenever it wants and will not assist in going where I want instead it takes me to where it wants. The screen does not open properly, rather it shows a no signal sign on a black screen..... totally not up to standard
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I knew I liked my Roku when one day as I dozed off and when I woke up the screen was covered with little messages saying,"are you okay?"How could you not like something that was so concerned about your well-being?

What happened

My volume and mute stopped. Now I have to push all kinds of combos to get the vol to change or mute.

Hi there! Help is here. If your remote's volume buttons have stopped working, update your Roku device to the most recent software. Navigate to Settings > System > Software update to manually update your software. Also, try using a fresh pair of AAA batteries for the remote. I called 23 times trying to get a refund for my purchase and was put off and given the run around for 27 days by your company that answers your phone's in India or where ever it is located very unhappy with your service would not recommend
