How have I gone this long without a Roku?!

I can’t live without a Roku now!! I used to do Chromecast but it would cause my screen time to rise because I would always be on my phone. I so appreciate being able to be off my phone and watching TV.

Difficult to use

Maybe I am missing something but I can’t get to my Wi-Fi provider. I can only get Roku stations. This started with the upgrade. Please advise.

Volume button needs to be stronger

Bought this to replace the one we had less than 6 months. Both have the same weak volume control button on the side. The location is good but the button itself does not stand up to a lot of repeated use.
