***** if they fixed their KNOWN audio sync

Roku works great overall, with the exception that they really need to do something with their longstanding audio sync issues. We have four 4K+ and one streambar device and it does it on ALL of them. Only fix is to restart the device twice a day. It would make it less painful if Roku moved "RESTART DEVICE" to the quick menu!

right arrow button failing to work consistently

We have had repeated problems with Roku products. They do not perform well over time. The right arrow button is failing to work consistently. This makes the remote very difficult to use. It needs to be replaced. I am frustrated because I don't believe this problem should be happening.

I have had to replace the remote 5 times. They do not last! Stop working after a few months. Bad quality!!!!

I used Roku for a few years and all worked great but I bought another one and it’s been a problem. Roku replaced remote but it doesn’t work properly.

Additionally, sometimes a remote may perform better when the Roku player being powered by a wall outlet, instead of the TV’s USB port. If you haven’t already, try plugging your Express 4K+ into the wall using the cable and power adapter provided.

Waste of my time

I bought this in April 2023 and have had enough. The home screen constantly flickers on and off. I've spent hours if not days, researching and trying to fix. Both my tv and soundbar are compatible with its requirements. Now it won't even connect to WiFi. Too bad, I really like the Roku interface. I'm not replacing the TV and soundbar to make it work. I had an older premiere model and it just died too. I'll likely not buy another Roku product.
