Easy use for Non-technical person

I bought this device as I was canceling my cable due to price. I am a tech person, but my spouse is not. This is why I purchased this device as it is one of the easiest devices to learn for the non-technical person.

I had an older model Roku Remote control with a insert hole to use ear phones. I am a hard of hearing old man and need a louder volume. I would like to have one--I have a Roku TV and can't use an ear phone unless I had a 20' cord. Please help.

Great Product!! But the volume control on the side of the remote was NOT SO SMART by your engineers! You cannot help inadvertently hitting the mute button every time you grab the remote! But in life we must Adapt!!

It’s wonderful for its programs available, but l need closed captioning.
My TV doesn’t provide that, therefore l am not using it.

I spent a lot of time on the road. It’s so nice having a device I can preload all of my streaming accounts into and take with me on the go.

Makes any TV smart and smart TVs smarter. Great picture and sound quality. It's very easy to set up, even in a hotel room, which is why we purchased this. We have access to our streaming channels wherever we are.
