I own a now defunct Roku device- it is a doorstop

I think it is criminal how Roku can sell devices that have a life of 3-5 years before Netflix/Roku decide to move on to new software etc that isn't compatible with current devices. Our current roku streaming system is now officially LANDFILL per a Netflix change... it is ridiculously wasteful to create products to last this short amount of time. Disgusting.

so far so good, but the included HDMI cable was so cheap that the Roku Express 4k+ unit rejected it
otherwise, exactly as advertised, much faster than my old Roku 3
I would recommend this to a friend!

Piece of crap

I got this product June 7 its June 10th it stopped working already. Channels just stop loading. Receive error message about being unable to load. Put my Fire Stick in worked just fine. Hooked up old Roku worked just fine. Plus I didn't get HDMI cord with purchase. How can Roku sell a product that last 3 days. Shipped in box without proper cords? Returning. Will never buy Roku products again. Get a Fire stick instead.

The remote is bad! Buttons do not work! Please send another! Voice control ..ok Mute..ok Right rocker. Down rocker...does not work right!!! Please replace this problem!!

New Roku remote

Very disappointed in these new remotes. They don’t work as well as the old ones. They go through batteries every other week which is not cheap by any means. Thinking of just going with a different brand.

Died Within Months

Lasted eight months. Our first Roku last years! This one never worked as well as the original. Very disappointed; TV won't turn on at all.
