Love the channel selections

It's so nice being able to stream in 4k on my 4k TV!!! The video is stunning, I love being to control it from my phone as well.

It works fine, it just cuts off too soon. My tv stays on 24-7 and I have to unplug it and let it cool off too often.

We had a Chromecast for years, it stopped working when they did an update and decided a Roku would be easier, absolutely love it and getting a second for the living room!

simple setup

although I have a ROKU in my bedroom - hooked up to my cable. I hooked this one in my basement just using WIFI! Didn't realize that so if my WIFI goes to my garage I may have a TV out there for the summer!

Quick and easy support

I was first concerned that I couldn't speak to somebody on the phone thinking that would be the fastest way for support, but I was pleasantly surprised with ROKU's online support. Ray was able to walk me through what needed to be done, and it appears my HDMI cord or the port that it was in has gone bad. After using a different cord in a different port, the problem is gone. What was happening is it it was turning off and on not the device just the screen. I could see something and then a couple of seconds later it was gone and then it was back and then it was gone, and it was just repeating. I was concerned because this was a brand new Roku device we just bought, our last device was doing not working at all and maybe be due to a bad cord or the port so I might have a good Roku device sitting in the wings for another TV. Anyway, thank you so much for your help. Appreciate it. Love your service.
