Great variety, remote sucks

Bought and installed my new Roku about 4weeks ago. Very pleased with the ease of setup. I'm impressed with the amount of channels and apps available. My only issue is with the remote. Not only is it too small, but the lack of lighting on the keyboard is frustrating. The buttons could be larger and perhaps re-assigned locations. The side buttons are very inconvenient as every time I try to use the face buttons, I end up muting my program. Having said that, my Roku experience has been excellent! But please fix the remote (and send me a new one!)

My daughter got it for me and hooked it up,I love it.i can watch anything I wish.and I really love that.because then ur home 24/7 it's a good sent.so yes I do love my Roku.

I scratched my head for days trying to get my Roku Express 4K+ to operate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pleased with the performance... that being said, I need the option of recording shows and/or baseball games, when I can't watch in real time.
