The only complaint I have is that the volume controls are on the side of the remote and it's annoying, because every time I grab it, the volume goes up or down or mutes my TV and I have to correct it. Other than that, the buttons could be a little further apart.

We would recommend this product to anyone tired of not being able to watch their favorite shows. It is easy to install and provides a wide variety of choices. You do need to subscribe to a few streaming services, but it is worth it Cheaper than cable.

Didn’t realize that the “express” part means it has a sensor that the remote has to be aimed at in order to use.

don’t like remote the mute and volume buttons on side are in horrible place when using it I am always muting volume
