can be a pain

this product works fine, it is the Roku TV I purchased that is a pain in the rear, it freezes up when I am watching in bed and I try everything to get it to turn off or restart and it does nothing but show a blank screen, then after 5 minutes of trying I stop and it comes back on the main screen after about another 10 minutes. The remote for the volume button has to be hit a dozen times or more to get it to lower or raise. I checked the battery so don't go there. The 5 Roku I have that attach to tv works fine but the tv ROKU sucks!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the Remote controller

The product is good and was simple to connect/install. I am still learning how to best use ROKU. The only thing I think should be changed is the "Home" button and "Back" buttons at the top on the remote should be reversed with the Home button on the left. When I want to click the "back" button, many times I have clicked the "Home" button which kicks me out and I have to re-enter the program I want.

I am still learning how to navigate. I would appreciate a menu or program with dates and times of events yo watch and when new shows are on
