Does not work

I bought this Roku player and it kept asking me to enter my WiFi password one character at a time. I gave up and called help. Half an hour later my device was working but the picture would breakup and get fuzzy. So I am tossing the device and going back to my older model. Really unhappy. Packaging and paying to ship back is not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frustrated

It seems if someone else uses their remote, it turns my tv to what ever they are turning their tv to. Example: I will be watching hulu and the other tv remote will kick me off and turn to Netflix (the streaming the other person was switching too). It's so freaking frustrating.

Awful product

Terrible decision!! Hooked up the system to my tv and it worked a week. Never could get it to work again. Returned it !!!!!

We have tried several times as have our teenage tech savy grand kids and cannot get it to worke . Not sure if it is the product or tv. We have always in the past preferred Roku.

Mute button placement Inconvenient

Roku unit works fine but I’m having difficulty with the mute button. It is constantly muting by accident while I am holding the remote in my hand. It probably should be situated on the front plate instead of the side.

MY Pastor and her husband asked me what I wanted for Christmas this year and I had been without TV in my apartment for six months, So I told them I would like the "ROKU Express 4K+"😁and I have not stopped watching it except to sleep.

Excellent with so many channels

I have been using Roku products for years and never had an issue until a little over a month ago with a new device I had bought. I contacted Roku and they replaced it with a new device which has not given me any issues. I love Roku and the fact that it can turn any old TV into a smart TV, and even if your TV is a smart TV, you get additional free channels. I would definitely recommend their products
