Have to do a factory reset every 2 to 3 days to keep the system operating. A real pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a good explanation of how to use the remote. Especially the back button with the curved arrow.

Good except for remote device

Volume buttons need to be moved, always in the way and don't always work and getting worse.

I bought three Roku for our house several months ago. One quit working so I bought another and so far it is ok. I’ve had to change batteries more than I thought I would but other than that I think they will work ok for us.
