The product is good but about every other day I have to reconnect it to the internet. That’s my only complaint

Too difficult to switch between channels

We like Roku, don't get me wrong; we would like to have a simpler method to change between channels. On our X-finity boxes, all we have to do is input a channel number or the call letters of a channel and it goes right to it. Roku is a bit cumbersome at times. Especially for us older people.
I would recommend this to a friend!

To set a channel as a favorite, open the Channel options menu, select Manage channels, then Favorite channels, and press OK to check the box next to any channel you want to mark as a favorite. Good but could use improvement

It takes a long time to get going and connected and watching. There are SO many steps to get to the channel or show you want. The remote must be aimed exactly right or it will not respond. I like that there are many volume levels.

Not enough features

They need #’s on the control so you can key in channels. Just very clunky and hard to navigate over a full feature remote. Side guide should let you go further than the time that you are watching.

Bad just doesnt work

Remote is the worst I've ever seen the app itself stops working buttons don't work you have to turn everything off by removing the batteries and then putting them back in turning it off and then it'll work again but the worst thing is the remote the side buttons are horrible
