This has solved our problems with being able to access Kanopy and other favorites. We are still learning how to best use ROKU

Have been using for about a month and I am very happy with it! Oddly, the power button and volume controls seem very weak, have to move a foot closer to box to use them. The other buttons work fine. Replacing the batteries did not help.

Upgraded my Roku to latest version

We bought the newest version so we could continue to watch our prime account. The older model was no longer recognized and needed to be upgraded. Comes well documented for best results. Good experience.
