Bought one last month and volume control button only works intermittently. No one to troubleshoot with. Riki acts like their units are disposable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problem getting some channels.

Netflix and UTube turn off after a few seconds. Prime was an issue at first, but my son did something to fix it and now Netflix and UTube are the issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The device works extremely well with my 17 year old plasma Pioneer TV. Very simple to set up. An improvement would be to have a remote that lights up but that's minor. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Decent but could use a little change

Roku itself is great so far, but the controller is a bit small and having the volume buttons on side are kinda in the way, I’m constantly muting or changing volume when picking up or holding controller and I wish there were 2 additional buttons, one for a Guide to go directly to the live tv guide and one for back, to go directly to the station you were previously on.
