Remote already going bad

Works fine for the most part but some buttons on the remote require you to press extremely hard to work.

Worked great, then didn’t

I bought this at the end of 2023 and it was great, so nice to have one remote run both TV and streaming. But just am out 3 weeks later (now) the remote unpaired from the TV, and now we have to re-pair it every time we turn the TV on. In addition, the remote now only controls the TV volume or muting for the first 2-4 minutes after starting the live TV or streaming program. After that the volume and muting controls disappear. The only way to get them back is to return to the Home Screen and start over. Very inconvenient and frustrating. Any fixes? Had we known, we could haves saved the extra money and bought the “TV- less” version of the remote.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fits our needs, as we stream a lot

We bought Roku to escape the high costs of TV from Comcast. As we mainly stream and watch little live TV, this was a good solution for us. Installation was simple and it works fine.

Inexpensive, high quality, compact streaming product, with easy set-up and simple remote. Many installed streaming apps plus hundreds of free-to-watch "Live TV" channels, films and once popular TV shows.
