I wasn't too sure when I purchased one for my living room TV. However, it was so awesome I promptly bought another one for my son's room upstairs, and finally ended up getting another one for our cabin in Colorado!

I purchased the Roku Express model 3960 recently for a TV I used in a bedroom. It is outstanding. The controls are easy to use. I purchased it because I wanted to get rid of satellite and the transition has been wonderful. I am saving money and have access to all the channels I need. I didn't need to update to a smart tv as this device converted my existing extra TV. I have already recommended it to a friend.

It probably has nothing to do with the express. But when I'm away for a while and come back to the show I was watching, I find it has shut off

I would recommend this product to family and friends. The only think I don't care for is the placement of the "mute" button, it's on the side of the remote and I keep hitting it when I pick up the remote.

One of the best streaming devices

Got this recently and cancelled my cable subscription. Lots of apps to find and subscribe for less. Not to mention the free tv channels with Roku as well as other free to watch apps available. I'm loving this device.Will buy another Roku device in the future.

I have 3 for each TV in the house. Happy since I got rid of cable.
Only complaint and frustration is that the buttons for Netflix, AppleTV, Paramount, and HBO/MAX are directly under the "pause" button. Especially at night when the room is lite with only the TV screen, and I want to either repeat a segment or just pause I'm always hitting one of these buttons and you know what happens............ Would love to either have them at the very top of the remote or further down in the empty space at the bottom, otherwise the remote is a great compact size. .
